The royal speech, delivered on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the glorious Throne Day, reiterated the far-sighted vision and pivotal role of the royal leadership in building an advanced, unified, and supportive Morocco. The speech clearly outlined the foundations and milestones of the societal project that the Kingdom has embarked on through years of continuous work and fundamental reforms, emphasizing that these achievements were not the product of chance, but rather the result of consistent strategic choices and solid political and institutional stability.

The contemporary Moroccan project was based on a firm conviction that comprehensive development is the cornerstone of building a strong and cohesive Morocco. This development is not limited to economic development alone, but encompasses broad human and social aspects. In his speech, His Majesty was keen to highlight the continuity and clarity of major development choices. These choices were formulated within the framework of the "new development model," which aims to achieve the country's smooth and dynamic integration into the club of emerging nations, through policies that are open to the future and confident in national capabilities.

King Mohammed VI, may God protect him, has made no secret of the difficulty of the current circumstances, from successive years of severe drought to the complexity of international economic and political crises. Despite this, however, the national economy has demonstrated exceptional resilience and achieved steady and significant growth, demonstrating sound management and the wisdom of macroeconomic reforms that have contributed to maintaining the overall stability of national finances and creating a climate that is attractive to investment and a leader in the region.

Morocco is currently experiencing a remarkable industrial boom, particularly since 2014. Industrial exports have more than doubled, with a particular focus on promising sectors such as automotive, aviation, renewable energy, food industries, and tourism. These sectors have become a powerful lever for the national economy, attracting foreign investment and creating job opportunities. This falls within the framework of a policy of diversifying economic partners. The Kingdom now has trade agreements with markets totaling nearly three billion consumers, reflecting the diversity of partnership prospects and economic openness.

Strengthening and modernizing infrastructure has been considered a pillar of the Moroccan model. The Kingdom has launched major projects such as the extension of the high-speed train network between Kenitra and Marrakech, along with major projects in the areas of water and food security and energy sovereignty. These projects not only improve quality of life, but also contribute to enhancing Morocco's attractiveness as an advanced and sustainable industrial and investment base.

The royal speech did not neglect the social dimension, as His Majesty emphasized that economic success loses its meaning if it does not translate into tangible improvements in the living conditions of all citizens across all classes and regions. Therefore, a comprehensive approach was developed that seeks to universalize social protection, support needy families, address spatial disparities, and transition from a traditional social development approach to an integrated spatial development approach that benefits all segments of the population and their regions.

It can be said that Morocco, in accordance with the royal vision embodied in the Throne Speech, has charted a unique path for itself based on good governance, developmental foresight, and openness to the world, while committing to building a unified and resilient society where social and territorial justice prevails, and where solidarity and decent living prevail. These achievements and directions are not the end of the road, but rather a call to continue the path with the same determination, while making the Moroccan citizen the focus of all public policies and the foundation for the success of the project of a rising and united state.
